Φ320 Gear Shaping Machine is the newest product that our company develop, can process all kinds of disk gears, axis gears and helical gears. This machine is suitable for all kinds of changeover speed gear in automobile especially. The machine adopts column feed, servo control, frequency conversion. It can set up the number of times of cycle of cutting, and choose the best cutting parameter in big range. It can raise working efficiency and the precision of cutting. The machine has the characteristics of high rigidity and high accuracy.
　The design of this machine is divided into one axis, two axes, and three axes.
One axis: the primary motion and circular motion (B axis) adopt frequency conversion, and the radial feed (Y axis) adopts AC servo control, stepless speed changing.
Two axes: the primary motion and circular motion (B axis) adopt frequency conversion, and the radial feed (Y axis) adopts AC servo control, stepless speed changing.
Three axes: the primary motion adopts frequency conversion, cutter rotation (C axis), worktable rotation (B axis), and radial feed (Y axis) adopts AC servo control. Cutter rotation axis and worktable rotation axis through" electronic register wheel", keep close communication and interaction in the process of manufacture.
