Φ120mm Steering Sector Gear Shaping Machine is a steady, reliable, and highly productive machine tool for cutting, with either constant or variable ratio, the teeth of steering sectors used in automobiles ranging in carrying capacity from tiny to heavy type. It is suitable for the mass batch production in professional industry..Servo, CNC system, and three axes that are timed to one another govern the machine. The primary motion is driven by an AC servomotor and controlled by a frequency conversion, and the speed can be changed steplessly. As the cutter adopts V-type rolling guide, backlash is avoided. The clamping of workpiece is performed by a hydraulic cylinder without the support of oil plate. As an outstanding property, five cutting cycles can be provided during a single cutting process; and the strokes will be changed automatically according to what have been preset when a new cycle begins. Throughout the cutting process, the speed of cutting can be changed, chip is conveyed automatically by a magnetic chip conveyor.. PC bus is introduced into the CNC system, which is expandable; the host computer is supported by a 32-bit CPU: The abundant system software make the following items possible: Cutter parameters input under the guidance of menu of options and Chinese character prompting lines;Emulation of the figure of cutting process;On-line display of the workpiece-cutter generating process;On-line display of diagrams necessary.YK5612 can process constant ratio、variable ratio、drum of constant ratio、drum of variable ratio and auto-define rocker axis.
