The CNC system adopts Siemens 840D system, has 6 axis with 4 being interlocked, can process non-circular gear. Empolder the system second, the function of electronic bevel guide can be achieved, and helical gear can be cut. The system has the function of recollecting when power is cut suddenly, it can recollect precise position of every transmission shaft. The radial feed have five types of motions: distant and rapid advance, return, and inching feed. The cutter can stop at its upper, middle and lower position automatically. The hydraulic pressure adopts Rexroth’s product. The worktable has the function of unlading. A automatic or centralized or manual centralized lubricating system is employed. The chip is conveyed automatically by a magnetic chip conveyor.
