Φ200 Gear Shaping Machines can process all kinds of disk gear, axis gear, helical gears. This machine is suitable for all kinds of changeover speed gear in automobile specially.
　 The machine adopts column feed, can achieve automatic working cycle of three cuts. Adopt the parameter of cutting rationally can improve production and the precision effectively. A frequency conversion is adopted for the primary motion, circular motion, and a servo is adopted for the radial feed. The three motions vary automatically by computer. In the three cycles, you can preset different rotary feed of stroke of primary motion, realize the cutting for same power, and show various kinds of cutting parameters in the course of processing at the same time.
　 Φ200mm Gear Shaping Machine is on the basis of one axis CNC product, and have developed multi-axes CNC products: Two axes adopt axes of radial feed and rotary feed; Three axes adopt the axes of radial feed, cutter rotation and worktable rotation.
　 More than three axes (including three axes) of Φ200mm Gear Shaping Machine, can process non-circular gear. According to customer's requirement, CNC system can adopt domestic or foreign system.
　The machine can offer: static tool post, tailstock, helical guide, automatic chip conveyer, automatic loading & unloading and special cooling lubricating system. Working accuracy: class 7 of general types, class 6 of precise types. 。。
