This paper cutter can cut printing products and other soft material similar as paper.
The Clamp adopts hydraulic structure and independent motor to rotate, the rotation is steady, the pressure could be adjusted. The cutting structure adopts double pull rod and double worm gear electro-magnetic clutch, the worm wheel and worm are double-chromium ring surface rotation with large cutting power. It is more than 3 times, compare with the cutting power of common worm wheel and worm, and no noise. These are safety screw and safety switch installed on the double pull rod.
