Function Use, Main Features of This Machine
　　XE Series Full-automation Vacuum Plastic Absorbing Machine is mainly used in thermoplastic slice of PVC,PP, PE, PS, BOPS, etc.and it is by heat the absorbing molding various packing container's and final goods. such as meal box, foodstuff packing,hardware,toys plastic cover, leechdom packing box and other different plastic packing material.
　　1.Mould stroke and action are synchro-control, so it is exact, equal and stable.
　　2.It uses horizontal sheet conveying system, cooperated with unilateral bearing and brake clutch, so it can convey the sheet exactly.
　　3.It uses secondary upper die function to make the product to be formed perfectly, and avoid the distortion. Such as, forming thickness, back lock, water grain, angle is which hard to take out and form, etc.
　　4.It also uses front brake, middle brake and back brake, all can be controlled separately under both automatic and manual status, and it is fit for forming the product much more.
　　5.It uses vibrating demoulding fitting to make the product not to be distorted, and keep the perfection.
　　6.It uses 54 big power solid status booster nonpolar temperature control system, so it can make the exact temperature, and the electricity consumption is low.
　　7.Oven uses stainless steel, so it's very hard and durable, and it has heat insulating and temperature keeping layer in it, so it can save the energy and keep the temperature.
　　8.Oven uses air cylinder elevating mode to move, in the production, if power is off or if you need to do examination, just move the oven up to make you safe.
　　9.Material lifting system uses single grain fitting.
　　10.Upper die uses electric adjustment, so it's more convenient and faster.
　　11.It uses import configuration, so the quality is ensured.
　　12.The air and water receiving separator uses auto drainage system, so it's very convenient to operate and control the machine.
　　13. It also has a counter, used to count every lot product and every roll film in production
