The APF Series piston fillers are designed to dispense products of different viscosity, ranging from water thin liquids to thick creams, for the cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, oil and specialty industries. The series of machine has compact, reasonable configuration and nice, simple appearance. They are made of Festo's pneumatic components from Germany, SHIKOKU's mechanical parts from Japan and MITSUBISHI's electric components from Japan. The excellent quality of components ensure that our APF can work well and stably.
These machines are easy to maintain and clean, no special tools are required, and have the following features: real time adjustability, no bottle no fill, accurate filling volume and a total bottle counter. The APF series fillers com complete with: two to six fill heads, a variable speed drive conveyor, adjustable heavy duty stainless steel frame, an easy to operate control panel.
Options include: blocked nozzles for products that tend to string and drip, diving nozzles for bottom up filling of foaming products and bottle mouth localizer. The filling head can also be added to suit your special need.
