DIE ERSTE supplies a comprehensive line of sanitary stainless steel butt-welding and clamp fittings, including ferrules, gaskets, clamps, and valves designed and manufactured in compliance with 3A, DANSK, DIN, IDF, RJT(BSM), SMS, MACON specifications for biotechnology and pharmaceutical processing industries. These sanitary stainless steel process piping and fittings are designed to be used in any liquid flow process or high purity application where clean ability, sterility, dimensional integrity, and materials of construction are critical.
Sanitary butt-welding fittings are applied in process piping systems where COP (Cleaning-out of-place) is not required in process, or CIP (Cleaning-in-place) can be accomplished. DIE ERSTE 3A design tolerances ensure an easy assembly.
