Product Detail

It is suitable for filling with low viscosity liquids, such as fruit juice, vegetable juice, asparagus juice, tomato juice, honey herbal jelly juice and other foamy liquids. Metal containers and wide opening bottles are workable. The machine uses gravity to fill liquids into cans or wide mouth bottles. Located at the bottom of the liquid tank are 55 filling heads. There are can rests under the filling heads. When the cans move on to the can rests, they are raided to the filling heads and the liquid from the liquid tank flows through into the cans, as the can lowers, the filling valve closes.

The quality designed HY-A8H Automatic Double Seamer is constructed with 8 seaming heads. It provides an extremely high seaming capacity of 720 cans per minute in maximum. The machine integrates many safety devices, ensuring positive and safe double seaming operation during high speed running. The frequency inverter is available for variable speed running. Can size changeover is easily and quickly accomplished.
