2.The machine is completely controled by computer patten, so its main and counter parts are controied very pracisely, and also operate and maintain easy.
3.Its all of the oil system are independent controled with fast speed and pressure accurated to make the products quality stablilized.
4.The strong, close mold base and lock mold prower close mold with one steps controled different color each two color together injection can reduce waiting time quicken production rate and promote productivity.
5.The close mold with two steps control make no damage to the mold, materials are injected by two step pressures and fast speed all of the mold by prorated injection pressure with independent control system to produce standard quality.
6.The rotary driving used oil pressing motor , and it's free controled noiseless for material suplying speed. All material supplying capacity is controled by computor, it's always with standard material supplying capacity.
7.The machine can produce triple and there double and single color finished products.
8.The machine capacity for general shoes is 180 pairs/hour.
