Extra large mold platen design permits for simultaneous production of 4 pairs of shoe sole on each station for increased productivity.
Long mold open stroke provides convenient mold cleaning. Also ideal for big size product with easy product takeout.
Each clamping unit is equipped with 4 sets P.I.D temperature controller, ensuring accurate heating and consistent product quality.
Hydraulically operted mold clamping features automatic compensation of thickness variation between two molds.

INJECTION UNIT
Injection hydraulic systemcemploys proportional flow and pressure control values. shot volume, injection pressure and speed can be set on each stage according to product condition.
The injection unit is equipped with 5-step P.I.D. temperature controller for fast and start heating to the set temperature, assuring superior product quality.
The injection carriage featurls various speed controls and high positioning accuracy.

CONTROL SYSTEM
Employs visible control management. molding parameters are easy to set without need of experienced operator.
Self-diagnostic function combined with maintenance and operation monitoring system for controling the machine operation condition at any time.
