Brief Introduction of Jaw Crusher:
Jaw crusher machine belongs to coarse crushing machine, it is designed for primary crushing in sand making production line and stone crushing production line. It is also widely used crushing equipment in mining industry. It is suitable for primary and secondary crushing of all kinds of stones and rocks with compressive strength less than 350Mpa. So it is commonly called stone jaw crusher or rock jaw crusher. According to the activities in different ways of the motion, jaw crusher can be divided into three types: simple oscillating jaw crusher, complex oscillating jaw crusher and integrated oscillating jaw crusher. Composition Structure of Jaw Crusher Equipment:
Jaw crusher equipment is made up of frame, eccentric shaft, flywheel, moving jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and moving jaw plate.

Working Principle of Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher uses motor as its power.When the jaw crusher,the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and slot wheel through the motor's wheels of the jaw crusher to make the movable jaw plate move by a regulated track.Therefore, the materials in the crushing cavity composed of fixed jaw plate, it can be crushed and discharged t form the jaw equipments.
