  NE500 Edge Banding Machine(Edge bander,Woodworking Edge Banding Machine)

This PVC edge bander is applicable for the linear plane edge banding of medium density fiberboard(MDF), flake board, cabinetwork board, solid wood board and etc. The materials of the edge can be ABS, PVC, wood veneer, wood strip or melamine.

1.Equipped with 'Delta' PLC system and HMI controlled with touch screen, assure a simple and steady operation.
2.Equipped with Korean pneumatic device, ensures all-weather adaptability under different temperature conditions.
3.Double layers edge feeding table, which protects the sealing edge by reducing the heat from the glue melting box. Big capacity glue melting box with special safe paint coat which can shorten the glue melting time.
4. Available with a board pre-heating device, which ensures a better glue joint effect especially in low working temperature environment.
5.Equipped with American 'Parker' End-trimming unit and German electrical wire, assure precise end trimming results and maintain steady processing.
6.Rough and Profile trimming units are individually controlled by Italy 'Teknomotor'high speed motors and micrometric adjustment with Germen 'SIKO' numerical digital read-out which ensure precise trimming effect and easy adjusting.
7.Optional Atomizing unit, which can prevent the hot melting glue remaining on the board
