  1. Brief Instruction
ST04 Silicone Extruder Machine is used in the last procedure of insulating glass production, which is mainly used for spreading of silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant and polyurethane sealant. This machine can realize the suction, mixture and output the two components. and also can adjust the proportion, solidification rate of the two components according to the sealant's function and operation requirement to reach the best effort.

ST04 Silicone Extruder Machine is the new generation equipment researched for the high quality requirement of insulating glass and curtain wall production. This machine is pneumatic controlled, with Graco Motor made in America, without of power supply and realize site operation, with the function of easy to operate, reliable performance, high spreading efficiency, better mixture, stable output and the stepless adjusting of the proportion of the two components. It is the ideal associated equipment in the production of high quality insulating glass and curtain wall in large scale.
