1.USE
LBW2500 Vertical Glass Washing and Drying Machine are declining and vertical and composed of feed part, washing-drying part, lamp inspection part.(Also this machine can be made in foldaway structure convenient for transmission). This machine is mainly used for the cleaning the big size glass.

The process of washing and drying as follows:
Put the glass on the feed part (01), and then put on the foot-switch, the glass goes into the drying part after washing the washing and then dried with one pair high power rate air knives (02), and then moves into the lamp inspection part directly. Inspection lamp is equipped to examine the washing and drying quality, the End.

3.Waterway system
Waterway system is composed of water tank, water pump and PVC, filter and water pipe. It is a circulating system. The water tank is set water heater equipment, auto-supply water equipment and heater with temperature controller, which can keep the water temperature 30-75 degree according to the different of season and clear degree of glasses automatically.
The circulating water in the water tank should be replaced everyday.
The water tank should be cleaned every week. Check the shower nozzle often. If it is blocked, it should be cleaned in time.

The quality of the water needs the demonized water or the purified water. Some area can use the local running-water. The under ground water can't use because its acid-base is high.
4. Windway system
Wind way system is composed of a set of fan with 15KW, wind way and air knife.The distance between air knives can be changed so as to dry the glass easily.

Take some notice as follows:
a.Make sure that there is no other thing in the warehouse of fan.
b.There should be no dust on the ground of the factory to make sure that the air is clean enough not make the glass dirty.
