The machine can be used to produce PE double wall corrugated pipe with the inner diameter of up to 1000mm.
1. The machine is equipped with our MULTIEXTM system. This new technical solution can help lower your energy consumption when you produce small diameter double wall corrugated pipes, and can guarantee enough amount of feeding materials when you produce larger diameter corrugated pipes.
2. The calibrating mandrel on our double wall corrugated pipe machine has a super abrasion resistance, and the lifespan of our calibrating mandrel is as long as the whole machine, which means that you needn't to change the calibrating mandrel during your long-term use of the double wall corrugated pipe machine. Even using the recycled PE material for production of the double wall corrugated pipe, our calibrating mandrel will not be abraded.
3. The advanced programmable lubricating system decreases abrasion of mould blocks to a minimum while lengthening their lifespan and ensuring running precision of the corrugated pipe machine and stable quality of the corrugated pipe.
