We mainly produce polyethylene aluminum polyethylene (PE-AL-PE) and cross-linked polyethylene aluminum cross-linked polyethylene (PEX-AL-PEX) composite pressure pipes: cross-welded and butt welded, and brass compressing fittings especially for the pipe. Standards of products: Chinese trade standard: CJ/T108, CJ/T159, CJ/T111American standard: ASTM F1335, ASTM F1281, ASTM F1282
1) Size: 14 x 2mm,16 x 2mm, 18 x 2mm, 20 x 2mm, 25 x 2.5mm, 26 x 3mm to 32 x 3mm available
2) The inner and outer layers of 'kingstom' polyethylene aluminum polyethylene composite pressure pipes (PAP pipes) are both made of PE or cross linked PE, clean, non-pollutant, smooth and able to serve for over 50 years
3) The mid-layer of aluminum can prevent the leaking of gas completely
4) The two PE or PEX layers and the mid aluminum layer are co-pressed and bonded into one together at one step
5) Smooth inside, non-rusty, 30% flowing quantity more than metal pipes without causing water scale
6) The pipe curves easily, able to round poles or beams directly or bury into walls or concretes
7) With only a simple metal detector, the pipes will be easily found
8) 'kingstomt' pipes are quite suitable for cold or hot water pipe system in industrial or civil buildings
9) With the vertical welded aluminum layer between the outer and inner PE layers, 'kingstom' PAP pipes can bear higher working pressure and without any leakage of gas (oxygen)
10) The pipes are long so that less fittings are needed and less possibility of gas leakage
11) Kinstom' pipes can be used in the transferring of pressed air, gas and oxygen reliably
