We are having our own processing facilities where meat of healthy livestock is processed and packed under strict quality control. The live stock is subject to ante and post mortem inspection by qualified veterinarians. Frozen meat is certified by Animal Husbandry Department for bacterial and salmonella free status. HALAL Certification is done by MAHAKMA-E-SHARIYA.
We have a production capacity of 3000 Tones per month and Buffalo Meat in compensated form is 60% four quarters / Chunks / slices, 40% Hind quarters (top side, silver side, thick Flank, Rump steak , Strip loin &Tender loin) Veal compensated i-e. Bobby Veal, Veal legs and Veal Tenderloin.
Our products are of exceptional quality for instance, we prepare very lean and fat free Slices & Cuts. Our Mince will be thick and free from glands & muscles. Meat will be tender and Juicy.
