Seller issues DRAFT CONTRACT
Seller issues NON-OPERATIVE 2% PB, after signing of contract between buyer and seller
Buyer then sends 100% Irrevocable, Divisible, activated, Documentary Letter of Credit, which off course activates Sellers 2% PB
Buyer visits Yards, upon confirmation and satisfaction, buyer funds L/C.
L/C must be established by top 25 European Bank.
