第一部分 终端电话机可以实现的功能：

一、 管理功能：
1、无人值守话单打印：通过上层管理平台，可自动打印话费清单。
2、实时监控“离线报警”：当话机被放弃使用，具备及时“离线报警”功能。
3、个人密码锁：保护个人用户的话费使用权限，设置个人密码锁功能，做到：话费“专人专用”；
4、接入码限拨：为了保护运营商利益，对其他接入码实行限制拨号；
5、特别码限拨：对“改密码、转余额”等特别码限拨，起防盗作用；
6、网管系统平台设置：话机内置的数据和参数，都可以通过上层管理平台进行设置；

二、 IP内容设置功能：
1、内置IP卡数据的智能存储：根据各个网络的不同特点，设置语音、延时等特殊拨号格式；共可设置4组IP通道，每组可设置48位。
2、结束码：拨号后自动加结束码“＃”。

三、 拨号控制功能：
1、智能拨号方式：全自动直拨，自动发送IP卡前缀内容，跟直拨电话一样；
2、拨号时静音屏蔽：可智能设置拨号时的语音屏蔽格式；
3、国内、国际、市话、手机、网话自动分流：可设置4个IP网络，不同的区号选择走不同的网络；
4、时段路由：根据不同的网络性价比，设置不同的时段走不同的网络，实现利益最大化；
5、转码功能：（针对拨出电话，可将源码[电话号码的前四位]转换成目标码，比如拨出的电话号码前四位为0755，需转换成0655；即在转码位置设置0755 | 0655。或者是拨出的号码为013，需要转换成13；即在转码位置设置013 | 13）
6、拨号速度可调：为了适应不同网络的IP通话参数，可调节IP拨号速度。

四、 网路适应性功能：
1、 自动跳卡、追拨，网络问题的解决方案：对于线路“出忙音”、“出语音提示”、“静音等待”等方式的线路繁忙状态，都可以实现自动跳卡重拨，例如：
（1） 被叫方网络问题，比如网络堵塞；
（2） 主叫方网络问题，比如“接入码”被限制；
（3） “人为卡线”，当固网运营商限制IP流量时。
2、 用户占线的解决方案：能够自动检测被叫方忙音，并自动重拨；
3、 广泛的适应性：对终继线、汇线通、集团用户等都能广泛适应；
4、 特别通道：当自动拨IP电话网络无法连接时，无须挂机，按“特别通道”即可走IDD或指定的IP通道。
5、 确保100％走IP通道的限定设置：当设置了此项限定，话机确保只走指定的IP通道。

五、 人性化功能：
1、 自发通音：拨号静音等待时间，自发模拟接通音，缓冲用户心理“等待时间太长”的负面感觉，增加产品的真实可靠性；
2、 自发语音提示：接通电话时增加了“请稍后，正在为您接通”语音，功用同上。
3、 屏蔽拨号后的语音提示:拨完号后可进行延时，起到屏蔽功能。
4、 一键拨号功能：按服务热线、A至E键可以拨出预存在话机内的号码；
（1） 在接通过程中可设置有否加语音提示：“请稍后，正在为您接通”；
（2） 可控制是否将预存号码显示在屏幕上；
（3） 可设定拨出号码是否走指定的IP网络。
5、 来去电语音报号功能。
6、 和弦来电：音量可进行调节。
7、 蓝光彩屏显示：来电、拨号或免提状态都具备该功能。
8、 查询余额：按“快捷键”查询各IP通道的话费余额。
9、 显示屏具备网络在线状况提示功能。

第二部分 远程管理平台功能

一、组成部分：
