Plastic extruding flat film stretching line is designed and manufactured on the basis of absorbing advanced technology such as microprocessor, frequency conversion controller, Silicon controlled DC manipulator and etc. High quality devices are integrated on the key components, the tape stretching line enlarge L/D ratio and broaden mixing & smelting zone on extruder screw barrel which is processed precisely by using high quality steel and technique. For the auto-changing filter system, we make use of continuous twin-layer screen belt filter and hot air drawing oven is applied instead of heating plate. Thus, the overall technical performance is comparable with international leading level. The line also has fulfillments of high speed, large yield, low energy consumption, well forming fiber drum. Meanwhile, the stretching line manifest prominent characteristics such as compact structure, pleasing appearance, smooth running. It is widely used and particularly suitable for process of thermoplastic such as PP, HDPE, LDPE and etc, flat fiber forming.
