1. Adopts thin blade design, neat paper margin after cutting, no collapse and crack.
2. Uses preliminary input digital control system, quick adjustment trimming line pressing roller. matching order for quick change.
3. Line pressing and trim cut position adjustment, allow individual adjustment or preliminary setting(input) for automatic asjustment.
4. Easy change of line pressing roller and trimming blade. no need to remove transmission shaft.
5. Smart program control base on three layers or five layers card board, automatic sharpening, air cooled, blade oil spray systems.
6. Equipped with adjustable automatic sharpening device. Capable to set the sharpening space and time according to paper quality or trimming conditon to ensure sharp cutter.
7. This machine is computerized, 9999sets memory for entry and the trimming and line pressing device can be fine tune.
8. Cutter line movement in linear slide track.
9. Upper cutter roller holder and upper line pressing roller holder are controlled pneumatically, so there is no need to cut paper board and stop for order change.
10. Paper sorting and line pressing size are adjusted by electric motor, size adjustment is done in fastest time.
11. May output any set of order according to actual requirement for production.
12. Machine allows transverse left/right moving, adjusted by electric motor.
13. Line motor uses AC motor + inverter, cutter roller uses AC motor + inverter, capable synchronized run with hot plate portion after connection.
14. Cutter and line pressing roller transmissions are primary precise machined gear.
