Outstanding functioning efficiency
The unit capacity of surface processing of the metal rollers is much greater than that of the machines of the identical dimension. With its compact dimension and greater production capacity, therefore, it requires less space for installation of the machines for a given production capacity than of the others.
Easy control of density adjustment
It is provided with nozzles for adjusting the height of the fresh water levels in the rollers and nozzles for adjusting the height of the water reserve levels in the adjusting tanks. By means of this adjusting mechanism capable of getting the optimum differentiation between those two levels, the required density of the liquid can be readily reached.
An even floor board of storage
It is equipped with the fresh water tank on the outside the metal roller attached with level adjusting nozzles. In addition, the pullies attached to metal rollers are strongly built with little room for pliability. Consequently, the storage floor board of the rollers are of even thickness, which substantially enhances the cleansing efficiency.
