It doesn't have flesh or coconut's meat inside the shell, just coconut water. So, what is so special about green coconut? Our local society believes that the water from green coconut is a very good natural remedy. Quantity is very limited. The price is higher than coconut or tender coconut. After open has to drink all till finish. You can't keep the rest coconut water in the fridge, the power of healing will be gone. The mark to show the originality of green coconut is the red circle that appeared after the husk is omitted (you can see from the picture). Green coconut is sell with its husk (as is).
