<span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Aluminum Die Casting Drive Arm Crank,</strong>&nbsp;this part is used as driven arm crank on the windscreen wiper, the carried die casting criterion for this part is Grade GB-CT4, in application, the part will rotate with the driven structure of the wiper, so the mechanical property should at least satisfy tens of thousands of rotation under required load. When the customer receive the initial samples, they test with specified facility, simulating the rotation in actual application. As an experienced die casting manufacturer in die casting industry more than 16 years, we provided a couple of recommendations during phase of development. &nbsp;such as enlarge the radius at the corner or edge as far as possible, it is because sharper corner, the more stress accumulated at the sharp area, not only the part will be easier to broken(cannot satisfy the mechanical performance request), but also the structure to form the sharp corner will have issue of stress accumulation, leading to the short tooling life, and that it is also not good for maintenance of the molds.</span>

<span style="font-size:16px;">What's more, the part require surface finish of electrophoresis coating, for this technology, there is a process of curing at high temperature of 170-200 degree. so for the die casting work of this part, the QC should pay attention to fracturing the part to look into the section to see if the density is good or not, whether there is mass of small porosity inside of the part, whether the particle of the section looks good etc. or because of thermal expansion, the porosity will expand to the outer surface, leading to big problems of bubbles, pits, pinholes, cause big scrap because of&nbsp;cosmetic defects.</span>
