Exclusion measures<br />
1, check the clamping force or pressurization situation, adjust the injection booster mechanism, reduce the peak pressure injection pressure.<br />
2, check the mold slide damage degree and trim, to ensure that locking components play a role.<br />

4. Calculate die strength correctly.<br />
5. Remove the sundries on parting surface.<br />
6. Correct calculation and adjustment of clamping force.<br />
7. Adjust the injection speed appropriately.<br />
