Industrial enamel pretreatment equipment
Enamel pretreatment equipment of industry: before enamel coating, liner metal matrix require pretreatment to meet the technical requirements. There are three pretreatment methods used in enamel industry:
1) Chemical pretreatment of acid phosphate, have an adverse effect on enamel adhesive, suitable for corrosive products or directly coated for light coating of products.
2) Chemical pretreatment of alkaline cleaning, with a high temperature and high pressure spray degreasing cleaning equipment;
3)Mechanical pretreatment of sandblasting, online automatically by/rotating/suspension conveyor blast cleaning equipment.
Spray sand cleanup typical with in within bile except rust cleanup and the cylinders within bile weld cleanup,blast cleaning enamel coating is widely used in pre-treatment, blasting can not only clean the surface, but also can makes surface variable rough, help to increase porcelain layer and the steel surface adhesion; also because it is relatively environment-friendly,spray sand cleanup is a closed environmental process,, rarely cause environmental pollution, it is neither produce waste water nor produce emissions, only a small amount of solid waste.
Traditional wet enamel spraying machine:simple, light weight, no clogging, low pressure, high volume and other features automatic wet enamel application systems, installed on the robot conventional spray guns to spray the kitchen cavity.
Electrostatic wet enamel coating equipment:Uses short-stroke reciprocating gun automatic electrostatic spray systems for wet-process porcelain enamel coating; automatic electrostatic wet enamel spray enamel coating for cookware and construction components of the system.
Electrostatic powder enamel spray equipment:Automatic / manual device for flat containers, cavities, grids and other surface enamel coating; this is an environmentally friendly and economical, but also future-oriented technologies.
Rolling-lined:Internal flow coating can be on the water heater tank, boiler flow coating can be 100% recycled through the coating material, automatic control the number of impregnated materials.

Compared to conventional wet enamel, powder enamel has many benefits, the heart of each system is the enamel powder spraying equipment, the spraying equipment performance decided the conversion efficiency of the first dry powder enameling process, the conversion efficiency is very important, because when recycling is often very long spray distance or the powder enamel tends to lose its electrostatic properties (although the enamel powder can reach almost 100% material utilization).
