Product Detail

Float glass is heated at softening temperature to be bent and then is quickly cooled down uniformly with special equipment, and then curved tempered or curved heat strengthened glass formed. Hot bending glass is formed by heating the float glass at softening temperature when the glass bends by virtue of self weight or external forces and naturally cools down. The advanced roller synchronous deformation production technology facilitates the regulation of model at will and production of arc curved glass which provides excellent appearance quality and optical property. It is safety glass with the same safety, impact strength resistance and thermal stability as the flat tempered glass and superior wind pressure resistance and deflection to the flat tempered glass. But better curved surface accuracy and smaller optical distortion make it unsafe. Curved tempered glass is mostly used in curved glass curtain wall, lighting ceiling, sightseeing elevator, indoor curved glass separation, glass guardrails, indoor decoration and furniture, the hot bending glass is mostly applicable to furniture, cupboard, hyperboloid or conical buildings. Products involve a variety of float glass, heat reflective coated glass, and Low-E coated glass or composite hollow and laminated glass.
