Co-extrusion is a new WPC manufacturing technology, which comes from the USA.

1.The shell is made of a modified plastic which is anti-scratches and easy to clean as well as keeps the inside wpc material from water absorption,

2.Thickness of the shell:0.5mm-0.7mm

3.The core is still made of wood plastic composites.

We adopt the bamboo powder but not wood as the main material, with better mechanical behavior of produced deck.

With modify plastic imported from USA to guarantee the quality.

With experienced workers to operate the machine to extrude the two materials together evenly
