Product Detail
Monoammonium Phosphate( MAP)
Ammonium phosphate is the salt of ammonia and phosphoric acid. It has the formula (NH4)3PO4 and consists of ammonium cations and phosphate anion. It is obtained as a crystalline powder upon mixing concentrated solutions of ammonia and phosphoric acid, or on the addition of excess of ammonia to the acid phosphate (NH4)2(HPO4). It is soluble in water, and the aqueous solution on boiling loses ammonia and the acid phosphate (NH4)(H2PO4) is formed.
Ammonium phosphate is used as an ingredient in some fertilizers as a high source of elemental nitrogen. It is also used as a flame retardant in thermoplastic compositions. It is also used in bread making to promote the growth of the yeast.
Monoammonium phosphate MAP is an ammonium salt of a phosphoric acid, represents the complex water-soluble fertilizer containing two operating substances - nitrogen and phosphorus, granulated (granules of the spherical form which gives to them the greatestf lowability), without nitrates and nitrites, with an optimum parity of nitrogen and phosphorus.
It is effective on all soils. MAP is used for crops and as plant food for vegetable, fruit and grain crops. MAP can be applied in conditions of the protected ground (in hotbeds and hothouses). Fertilizers are used in the spring and in the autumn during the ploughing , and it is also used as plant food in current of the vegetative period. High agrochemical efficiency and universality of application of MAP is caused by its almost full solubility in water and intensive receipt of phosphorus in plants. Using of MAP in various regions and on various soils has shown absence negative actions of granulated MAP on germination of the seeds. Alongside with high agrochemical efficiency our MAP possesses high compatibility with other fertilizers. Is an excellent component for manufacture of NPK. NPK with participation of the MAP are characterized by good physicomechanical properties. They are easily sowed and are suitable for long storage. Therefore our MAP has wide application in all soils of the country. Mineral fertilizer is a product of seasonal application. Therefore it is important not only to make fertilizer of high quality, but also to provide safety of its properties during long interseasonal storage. Physical and chemical properties of the MAP allow to transport it in bulk, in bags, in big-bags. It can be delivered by railway, in motor vehicles, tractor carriages at observance of conditions of transportation. MAP is ecologically safe product, is not toxic, fire- and explosion-proof. The product is certificated, it has the sanitary-and-epidemiologic conclusion.
