Features:
1) This production line can make PVC plastic windows and
irregular-shaped plastic products,wood-plastic floors, door frames,
skirting boards, panelings, irregular-shaped wood plastic products
2) The line consists of 1 set conical twin screw extruder,
4m or 6m vacuum sizing table, haul-off and cutter
3) We also can make it according to your requirements

4) optional: Weather strip extruder for windows profile. This extruder is equiped to pvc production line to make soft rubber weather strips(sealing) on profile, the extrusion parts are especially used in the fabrication or window frame to prevent rain coming in to the room. The weather strip is co-extruded with profile, no need other process. It's equipped with wheels, so it's easy to move and connect to mould, and can be push aside when you don't use it.
5)The production of WPC typically uses a fine wood waste (cellulose based fiber fillers such as hardwood, softwood, plywood, peanut hulls, bamboo, straw, etc.) mixed with various plastics (PP, PE, PVC). The powder is extruded to a doughlike consistency and then extruded to the desired shape.
