Endostatin is a 20 kDa C terminal fragment of collagen XVIII that has been shown to act as a potent inhibitor of angiogenesis and tumor growth in vitro and in vivo. The rh-endostatin with an extra Met attached on the N terminus is expressed in E. coli.

Activity: The activity is assayed on anti-proliferation and anti-migration of endothelial cells in vitro and anti-angiogenesis in vivo.

Purity: more than 95 percent on HPLC.
