ntroduction
The Downhole Temperature and Pressure Measuring Gauge of Electric sub-mersible Pump is a set of highly precise and digital data collecting & processing system. Combining with Electric sub-mersible Pump, it makes up a complete set of single well oil collecting system, which can accomplish the measurement of under-well temperature and pressure. It consists of the composite device mainly made of above-well secondary instrument (ZFPT-2002 pressure and temperature instrument) and the composite device mainly made of under-well pressure and temperature transmitter, and the two devices are connected by the motor power cable. Under the support of the specialized system software, it can mainly accomplish the following tasks:
A.To collect the under-well pressure and temperature signal;
B.To compute the under-well pressure and temperature by micro processor according to the collected signal;
C.To display and transmit momentarily the processed result according to the users’ requirement;
D.To switch off the power of the temperature and pressure measuring system by timing;
QCWY-1 under-well temperature and pressure measuring system can measure by real-time the under-well temperature and pressure, while the electric sub-mersible pump is operating. The results of the measurement can be supplied to the concerned management and decision departments for analyzing the under-well situation. So that to realize the scientific control and management on oil collecting of the wells.
