The machine uses LDPE or HDPE as materials, after being heated, extruded, blown, drawn and winded, the materials become tubular plastic film, through cutting and sealing, the tubular film can be made into food packaging bags, shopping bags or liner bags within woven bags, the film can be used for agriculture film, field film and shed film after one- or two-side cutting in the production process.

The screw and cylinder of extruder adopts 38CrMoA1A alloy steel and are nitrogenized. Extruder and driving part adopt stepless speed regulation, and each type of film extrusion machine is provided with two dies to match all kinds of film production. The surface of rollers is all electroplated with hard Cr for lasting long.
