pure wood fiber substrate: made from 100% pure wood fiber, cement-free ingredients
cement, wood fiber: 65% natural white pine fiber plus anti-corrosion, moisture-proof bond, then after degreasing, fumigation, mineralized and mixed with 35% Portland cement composition to suppress out .
Before suppression the cement and minerals have in the of uniform penetration of wood fiber , cement and protection of wood as double effect, to make the board retains the full comfort of natural wood; and material with wealth of cavity surface can absorb sound waves, thus ensuring the plate play the best acoustic effect.
Environmental performance: Formaldehyde content is almost zero, meet E0-class state environmental requirements. Light weight, safety and reduce the load of wall and decorations .
Fire Performance : After a special fire processing, wood fiber can meet the national fire GB8624 1997 B1 level requirements (same with GB8624 2006 C-class).
Acoustic performance: Average absorption coefficient above 0.8 (cement wood to 0.75 or more)
Decorative effect: the surface structure is Back into real . As the Unique filamentous surface , need not any other decoration . Any color can be applied, for multiple spray color, and color variety.
