- Salt 2.60 +/- 0.1%
- Food acid (E270)
- Colored with Anna to or with beta caroten, 600 milligrams per kilogram, maximum.
- Start culture not to be from animal rennet
- Water added
- Odor-clean, fresh, cheese aroma
- Flavor-clean, mild processed cheese flavor with no foreign or stale flavor
- Colour-pale yellow
- Body-springy to touch, medium firmness
- Moisture- 47% +/- 1%
- FDM - 45.5% +/- 1%
- Fat- 25.5% +/- 1% (from milk only)
- PH- 5.40% +/- 0.1%
- Fre from filler materials
- The radiation-contracted residue within the local limit (240-280) BO/KGM
- Pesticide residue within the standard limit
- Fit for human consumption at least one year from date of production
Shelf life at least ten months from the date of receipt of commodity in mot warehouses
