Laminate is actually a paper photograph of timber on an HDF (High Density Fibreboard) Backing that forms the locking system of your floorboards. The surface then receives 7 – 9 coats of a tough Aluminium Oxide coating in a factory spray booth before it arrives at your house. The price of the boards varies with the thickness (8-12mm) and the thicker boards the less reflected noise there is to you.</span>

<span style="font-family:Arial;">Laminate is the perfect DIY project. Installation is easy with no glue or chemicals used, boards click together to float across your floor. A good alternative for people with chemical sensitivity. Laminate is scratch resistant and cleaning it is quick with a damp mop.</span>
