The vaccine is indicated for active immunization against invasive meningococcal disease caused by epidemic Neisseria meningitidis serogroups A,C,Y,W135.

<span> [Description]<br />
The vaccine is a preparation of preparation polysaccharide antigens extracted from the culture of Neisseria meningitidis group ACYW135 respectively and Iyophilized after addition of an appropriate stabilizer. The final product looks like a white crisp cake. It shall dissolve in the accompanying Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) immediately, and turn into a clear liquid after reconstitution.<br />
Active constituent: Neisseria meningitidis group ACYW135 capsular polysaccharides.<br />
Subsidiary materials: All the components of subsidiary materials approved shall be listed.<br />
Vaccine diluent: Sterile, pyrogen-free PBS.<br />
[Specifications]<br />
0.5 ml of reconstituted vaccine per container. 0.5 ml per single human dose, containing &nbsp;200μg of meningococcal polysaccharide (50μg of each polysaccharide of group A,C,Y,W135).</span>

<span>[Contraindications]<br />
(1) Subjects with known allergic reactions to any component of the vaccine.<br />
(2) Subjects with acute diseases, severe chronic diseases, chronic diseases at stage of acute attack or fever.<br />
(3) Subjects with encephalopathy, uncontrolled epilepsy, &nbsp;and other progressive diseases of nervous system.<br />
[Precautions]<br />
(1) The vaccine should be administered with caution to the subjects with family or individual history of convulsion or those with chronic diseases, history of epilepsy, &nbsp;allergic diathesis or nursing women.<br />
(2) Do not use the vaccine if the container shows abnormalities, such as crack, illegible label, and turbidity after reconstitution<br />
(3) Adrenaline should be available for first aid in case of severe anaphylactic reactions. The recipients shall be observed for at least 30 minutes on site after injection.<br />
(4) Freezing of vaccine is forbidden.<br />

Store and ship the product at 2-8℃, protected from light.<br />
