Product Detail

Characteristics: Ptfe sheets (also called F4 sheets, Tiefulong sheets, Tefulong sheets) include molding and skived sheets.
The molding sheet and tape are made by molding polyflon through pressing method under ordinary temperature, and then sinter roasting and cooling down.
Ptfe resin is first molded into work-blank and then sinter roasting, later skive it.

Appearance request:
(1). The color of sheet material is the essential color of resin.
(2). It is homogeneous in structure, smooth surface, not permitting the crack, air bubble, flatted, mechanical damage, knife mark and so on.
Application: It can be used under the condition for no load, the ptfe sheet is adequate for bearing strip, sealing member and lubricant working in all sorts of corrosive medium, it can be used to make electric insulation parts of all sort of frequency , supporting slide piece(building and bridge support).

Characteristics: Two kinds of ptfe rods: extrusion and molding pressure. Diameter from 4 to 100mm is made by ram extruding method with ptfe granular resin; rods over the diameter 110mm are manufactured by molding, and then sinter them.

Appearance request: It is homogeneous in structure, smooth surface, not permitting the crack, air bubble, flatted, mechanical damage and so on.

Application: It is used to make bearing strip, sealing, lubricant, non-stick parts and electric insulation parts of all sorts of frequency.
