Product Detail
A sweetener is a food additive which adds the basic taste of sweetness to a food.
Range of our Sweeteners includes:
Sucralose
Fructose
Sorbitol
High Malto Corn Syrup
Sucralose
Sucralose is the low-calorie sweetener made from sugar, so it tastes like sugar. It is about 600 times sweeter than sugar and can be used in place of sugar to eliminate or reduce calories in a wide variety of products, including beverages, baked goods, desserts, dairy products, canned fruits, syrups and condiments.
Sucralose has an excellent safety profile. More than 100 scientific studies conducted over a 20-year period demonstrate that sucralose is safe for use as a sweetening ingredient. The data from the studies were independently evaluated by international experts in a variety of scientific disciplines, including toxicology, oncology, teratology, neurology, hematology, pediatrics and nutrition. Importantly, comprehensive toxicology studies, designed to meet the highest scientific standards, have clearly demonstrated that sucralose is not carcinogenic.
Sucralose makes a wide variety of calorie-reduced products possible, including soft drinks, ice cream, dairy products and baked goods. One of the unique attributes of sucralose is that it can be used almost anywhere sugar is used. It does not lose its sugar-like sweetness even in applications that require heat or that are subjected to long shelf-storage. Thus, products made with sucralose maintain their sweetness during cooking, baking, and throughout their shelf-life. In fact, sucralose is the sweetening ingredient in over 3,500 products worldwide, and may be used across a broad range of major categories including:

Sorbitol
Sorbitol is low caloric refined sugar alcohol, which is produced from dextrose. Chemically it is hexahydric alcohol and is also known as hexatol, D-Glucitol and D- Sorbitol. Chemically, Sorbitol is a hexitol, C6H14O6. Sorbitol was first isolated from the juice Mountain Ash berry (Sorbus aucuparia L) in 1872. Later on it was also found in fresh apple, cherry, and plum as part of freshness. Today, Sorbitol is commercially prepared by high-pressure hydrogenation catalytic process. Sorbitol syrup has mild pleasant sweet taste, without bitter after taste.
Applications
Food Industry:
Sorbitol is widely utilized for diabetic foods. It is used to maintain the freshness in confectionary and bakery products, to preserve the colour and also improves the shelf life of canned fruits. It does not undergo milliards reaction. It is incorporated as per users requirements into various food items like toffees, biscuits, jams, jellies, chocolates, candies, fruit drinks, carbonated drinks, canned fruits etc.
Fructose
Our premium quality Fructose Crystal is natural occurring sweetener which is usually available in apples, oranges and other fruits. An important advantage of our range is that it is metabolized independent of insulin which controls the blood sugar level and ideal for diabetic patient. Crystal Fructose is 1.5 times sweeter than normal sugar therefore calorie reduction is made by reducing the quantity.
