  The first characteristic of a food that one would observe is its color and appearance. This visual appearance in turn largely pre-dominates our judgment about the quality and taste of the food.
Food coloring is used both in commercial food production and in domestic cooking. Due to its safety and general availability, food coloring is also used in a variety of non-food applications.

Lake Colors
We offer superior quality lake colors, which are the combination of dyes and insoluble material. It tint by dispersion and are dispersible in vegetable oil, and can be mixed with fats, oils, etc. They can also be dispersed in suspension of propylene glycol or sucrose (water or sugar). These colors being relatively inert absorption compounds are very adaptable and versatile and are more stable than dyes and are ideal for coloring products containing fats and oils or items lacking sufficient moisture to dissolve dyes. Because of their good dispersion properties, an almost infinite variety of products like tablets, cake and donut mixes, hard candies and chewing gums, lipsticks, soaps, shampoos, talc etc. can be colored with these pigments.

Blended Colors
We offer good quality blended colors, which are the calculated blend of two or more basic or lake colors. These colors are mixed in a fixed ratio so as to come up with the required color requirements in both powder and liquid form. Blended colors are required because of the limited availability of the basic colors. For having facility of more color option, blended colors are used. Blended colors are mixture of two or more water soluble color or lake colors. Our Blended food colors ensure the uniformity of particle size in powder colors, as well as brightness and appealing physical appearance in both the powder and liquid forms.

Primary Food Colors
Our range of primary food colors are water soluble and are widely used in adding visual appeal to various food products and other utility products. We offer primary food colors in three forms, namely granulated, normal powder and micro fine forms. Our primary food colors are available with below 5% salt content. These primary food colors are also used for decorating the food items and sometimes it is necessary additives. It is called primary colors because it comprises of basic colors and they do not have any hazardous effects.
