    Product Detail
  Auto descending for closed type filling assures no deformation of the cans. Can be equipped with a number-stamping machine.

- UP-SLIDE OF FILLING DEVICE
The up-slide of filling device can stability for cans during high speed operation, and do not easy get foam for production. Filling valve is equipped with CIP function and is easy to cleaning.

- FILLING BARREL
The filling barrel is infeed from down side and CO2. ,air from up side to separte control entering CO2,and air discharge, filling barrel adjust up or down level that can turn the screw shaft of barrel cap. Made of SUS 304 stainless steel plate and with CIP device and is easy to cleaning.

- ELECTRO-PNEUMATIC LATCH
A electro-pneumatic latch has a no bottle no fill mechanism,to ensure highly efficient positive follow-up operation.

- BOTTLE STOP DEVICE & INFEED TIMING SCREW
Made of MC nylon, noise is minimized during high-speed operation and bottles are protected from breakage and well stabilized.

- CO2 & AIR ADJUSTMENT CONTROL DISC
Adjust pressure by required, easy operation and operate on control disc.
