  This tunnel kiln is newest technology in the world, which is different with the traditional tunnel kiln (our kiln is removable,pro-environment ), our removable tunnel kiln is suitble for the soil raw material to make the clay bricks, and the daily output of this kiln model is from 40, 000-150, 000 different figure soil bricks, and the fuel is coal gangue or others, which is like the natural gas etc.

Compared with the traditional kiln,

The invention relates to a movable tunnel kiln for clay product manufacture and a production process system employing a tunnel kiln. Provided a kiln bottom of the tunnel kiln is fixed and takes a circular shape, the kiln body is circular and movable, road wheels moving on a circular railway are installed on both sides of the kiln body. A circular raw material aging pit concentric with kiln bottom is installed at the site inside the circular kiln bottom, and a complete brickmaking equipment is installed at rail to be moved with kiln togther. An operation mode of stationary bricks stack with movable kiln body is adopted in the invention, which changes the conventional operation of loading and unloading for the brick, and a plurality of cars with auxiliary facilities are cancelled, thereby greatly reduces the kiln construction cost.


this kiln can save lots of trolleys and investment of factories and other cost, including the workshop build, because of raining day it's also can be run. Usually it only need 9 -15workers only to work for a day.
