Mould Close Parts

Using mechanic regulation supports as supports of mobile mould panel for protecting pull rod and prolonging its lift. Underside protective device of mould close is convenient for mould setting. A low pressure-mould protective function with high sensitivity.
Injection Parts

A fine turning device for aiming at center of nozzle and a close type of single cylinder advanced forward device. Screw made of high quality nitrogen alloy steel and hopper with nitrogen treatment. Alarm functions while over-high/over-low temperature taking place in melting hopper.
Electric Control
Use the imported computer special for the injection machine. Display with both Chiness and English. Accelerating response speed of control system and improving the operation accuracy of the machine are resulted by separate treatment of CPU. An automatic function of the mould regulation is acting.
Hydraulic Parts
