  Stone production line:
The full set of stone production line equipment produced by our company provide a full range of technical support, the stone production line mainly consists of feeder, jaw crusher, Impact Crusher, vibrating screen, conveyor belt, the concentration electronic control devices,etc. The design output is generally 50-500 t/h .In order to meet the processing needs of different customers, can be equipped with cone crusher, dust removal equipment,Can be used in hard limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel, slag and artificial sand making operations.It is suitable for water and electricity, building materials, highways, urban construction, and other industry applications. The introduction of basic processes of stone production line :
Firstly, the raw materials are initially crushed by rough crusher; then the roughly crushed materials are transported into the fine crusher for further crushing; the fine crushed materials get into vibrating screen to be divided into three types: carpolite, stone, and block; then the bigger ones go back to impact crusher again.
Size can be finished in accordance with the needs of the user's combined and graded . in order to protect the environment and can be equipped with auxiliary equipment :the dust removing machine.
