  Feature:
It is applied to all kinds of PVC,PE wire&cables.
The extrusion line apply for PVC,PE,PP,PU,NYLON,and Halogen-free material etc.
The whole line controlled by PLC program,touched display control or traditional electric control.
Plastification, the extruder quantity improved a lot, including the produce ability.
The whole line prepare the traditional adjustable crosshead and nonadjustable crosshead to guarantee different demands.
YL adopt advanced detectors to make sure the link action quality and high efficiency of the whole line.
We can provide different pay off& take up machines according to different requirements.

Screw: apply for PVC,PE,etc.
Control system : industrial digital control system, PLC+Pro-face, traditional mechanical switch control system.
Cross-head: traditional adjustable cross-head, Universal Cross-head, and single-layer, Double-layer,Three-layer type of cross-head.
Detector: Laser diameter, Capacity tester, eccentricity tester, joint detector, high-frequency spark tester.
