  Usage:
HD series multi-directional motions mixer is a novel material mixer extensively used in pharmaceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultural industries. This machine can carry out highly even mixing of powders or granules, so that the mixed materials can reach their best effectiveness.

Working principle:
The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts each other, and are respectively connected by Y-type universal joints, so that the mixing barrel makes unique translational, turning, roking, and rolling motions in a solid 3-dimensional space, thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials being mixed, while avoids
the specific gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer, and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.

It has a unique driven shaft servo mechanism, so that the whole machine makes smooth and reliable operation with less vibration and low noise.The equipment does not need a foundation and features convenient erection and maintenance as well as long service life.
It can ensure good mixing effect and the mixing time is short. The evenness of mixing reaches adove99.5%.Its charge coefficient reaches 85%, more than double that of an ordinary rotary mixer.Thanks to its sow height and small rotating space, it usually does not need skip floor.The eccentric cone design of the discharge end of the mixing barrel ensures discharge free of dead corner and residue, so it is easy to clean and conforms to the requirement of GMP.
