BA TYPE PRE-SETTING TORQUE WRENCH
1. CHARACTER :
1). It has the function of pre-setting torque value and signal device. You can hear the sound Click when arrive at the scheduled torque, meanwhile, you have the obvious feeling of hand vibration. Automatic recovery when the action released.
2).Use the special high quality aluminum alloy material on the shell.
2. USAGE :
1). Please pre-set the torque value according to your request.
2). Draw out the red plastic handle at the end of the wrench, then bend ,circumrotate and adjust the torque value on the staff. After adjustment, push the red handle to the original place.
3). Equip the socket on the square of the wrench, hitch the Fasteners,and force the handle slowly. It is finished if hear the sound click (As the scheduled torque value)
4). Moving back to the min value if you dont use it for a long time.

TLB TYPE HIGH ACCURACY TESTING TORQUE WRENCH
1.USAGE AND APPLICATION:
TLB high accuracy testing torque wrench is the meter indicator which used in the torque testing of screw thread and fasteners in the measure range. Apply to the fasteners with high accuracy and requirement
1)You have to adjust to Zero firstly before using it.
2)Please rotate the button on the dial plate anticlockwise for right rotating usage, let the red driven index close to the black initiative index. Then turn the watchcase to make the driven index to the Zero.
3)Please rotate the button on the dial plate clockwise for left rotating usage, let the red driven index close to the black initiative index. Then turn the watchcase to make the driven index to the Zero.
4)To make the driven index to the value you need by forcing the fastener gently and reposefully.
5)The initiative index will be recovered to zero automatically, the driven index will be rested on the scale and you can read the accurate torque value if the force released. To rotate the button on the dial plate , make the driven index to zero for next usage.

2.USAGE:

2). Draw out the orbicular adjustment key at the end of the wrench, then bend, rotate and adjust the torque value on the staff you need. After adjustment, push the key to the original place.
3).Equip the suitable socket on the square of the wrench , hitch the fasteners,and force the handle gently and slowly. You should force it as the arrowhead shows. It is finished when hear the sound click (Arrive at the pre-setting torque value)
4).Use the crowbar when we use the big standard torque wrench. It can make laborsaving if you connect the crowbar to the wrench handle.
5). Moving back to the min value if you dont use it for a long time.
