  Product introduction:

XPS extrusion sheet line is one of modern production. It can produce the XPS sheet, which is one of good adiabatic material. The structure is with cotinuous surface and beehive sturcture. It with good property of adiabatic, water-proof and high impact. Those products are widely used for the wall, rooftop, road and low temperature storeroom.

We can supply XPS foamed board extrusion line with good quality and competitive price.

Our XPS board extrusion line adopt unique foaming method and high efficiency extruder, online PLC control system and can realize highly automatic production. It can use 100% recycled material so that it can greatly reduce the production cost.

Main specification is as below:
Output: 7000kg/day
Board width: 600-900mm
Board thickness: 20-80mm
Board density: 36-42kg/M3
Foam agent: HCFC F22

We can also supply XPS board recycling and pelletizing equipment which is used to process the wasted boards and reuse it again.
