  BTSM-50 Auto Sealing & Screwing Cap Machine are widely used in the industries of toothpaste, cosmetic, drug and food, applicable for all kinds of tubes by aluminum foil sealing and screw capping.
This machine is highly automatic, which can automatically load tubes, seal aluminum foil, screw capping and exit tubes. Its controlling part adopts plc system to make the machine perform more accurately and stably. The rotary valve adopts accuracy cam indexing mechanism with precise and smooth positioning. Heating aluminum foil with special technique makes sealing quick, nice and fast. Servo engine driving makes capping adequately screwed. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating engine.
All types of screwing capping rocker screens, guide rails and sealing dies can be customized.
